The free message builder
Customer names, business details and job descriptions entered in the builder stay in the open page. They are not sent to an AI service, stored by Quote Again, or included in usage measurements. Closing or refreshing the page resets the draft.
Payments and downloads
Stripe processes payments and collects details needed for the transaction. Quote Again stores the payment session reference, payment reference, purchase date, protected download token and access status so we can deliver files and resolve payment issues. Card numbers are not handled by this website. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Simple usage measurements
We count page views, copied drafts, kit previews, sample downloads, opened checkout sessions, checkout service errors and paid downloads. Counters are grouped by date and broad source category, such as Google or community. They contain no draft text, customer names, email addresses, advertising identifiers or stored IP addresses. They are aggregate events, not a record of individual visitors. The browser honours Do Not Track for client-side counters. There are no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.
Support correspondence
If you email support, we process your sender details, message and any attachments to respond. The support inbox is provided by AgentMail. Avoid sending card numbers, passwords, identity documents, or your customers’ private documents. Only provide the purchase reference and information needed to explain a file or access problem.
Hosting and account access
Hosting and payment providers may process technical request information to operate and protect their services. ChatGPT sign-in is required while the site is private and for the owner’s operations page. Site access is separate from a customer’s paid download link.
Retention and requests
Purchase records are retained to support downloads, resolve payment issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Aggregate counts are retained for business reporting. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the issue. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information; applicable legal obligations may limit what we can delete.
Your access link
The link grants access to your purchase. Keep it private and do not publish it. We do not put it in analytics events.
