The seller and product

The Quote Again Kit is a ZIP download containing 48 editable SMS and email templates, a 100-row Excel quote tracker, a headings-only CSV, a PDF and browser playbook, and 12 AI prompts. The total price is A$29, charged once. There is no subscription.

One business licence

One purchase permits one business and its team to edit and reuse the files. You may send the customer-facing messages in your business. You may not resell, redistribute, publish the template collection, or share the kit with other businesses. The free sample may be used within your business.

Delivery and access

The ZIP unlocks after payment is confirmed. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. Save the access page shown after checkout and your own backup of the files. Contact support if you lose access. Purchase verification is required before access is restored. Access to the purchased files is not a promise of future versions, hosted storage, or an ongoing service.

File compatibility

The template library and browser playbook open as local HTML files. A plain text collection is included. The PDF opens in a PDF reader. The tracker is an Excel workbook; you may import it into Google Sheets and should check formulas after import. The CSV has headings only and no formulas.

Review before sending

Use accurate job details, choose appropriate timing, contact people appropriately, respect requests to stop, and keep customer information secure. Quote Again prepares drafts and does not send messages or connect to your customer accounts. It does not guarantee bookings, revenue or a response. Charges for an AI assistant you choose to use are separate.

Problems, refunds and consumer rights

Contact quoteagain-support@agentmail.to with your payment reference if the product is missing files, does not work as described, or your purchase has another problem. We will assess the appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable. A download does not automatically remove those rights.

See the support and refund policy. No additional change-of-mind refund promise is offered. Refunded or disputed purchases may have download access revoked while the issue is resolved.
